Re-installation of Mac OS X leading to data loss
Posted in Mac Data Recovery, Mac Partition Recovery by MacGuru – Comments OffThere may be many instances in which, you might have to re-install your Mac operating system. In most of the cases, we would perform a re-installation, when the system has been severely affected by a virus or malware, and there is a threat of losing out on all the data permanently. There might also be other reasons, for which we might perform a reinstallation procedure like, upgrading to a newer version, after a hard disk crash etc. There are occasions during the re-installation process when you might end up losing essential data, and it is during these critical conditions that you need the help of a Mac data recovery software.
There are usually three options that are available when we perform the re-installation process. We can upgrade the present version of Apple Mac OS X, reinstalling the whole operating system, after archiving all the data present on the hard disk drive, or re-install the operating system, after deleting all the contents present on the hard drive. It is therefore essential to have an updated backup of all the data on your hard drive.
The absence of a proper backup, results in loss of important and confidential data. Mac recovery in such situations is made possible by the use of REMO Recover (Mac) Pro Edition software. This Mac recovery software is well equipped to handle the most extreme data loss scenario. It lets you restore lost/deleted files from both HFS+ and HFSX volumes, and also lets you find lost or missing volumes from Macintosh machines as well as MacBook hard drives.
